Dear all learned members,
In a case there is a certificate issued to Father as a guardian by the competent court for limited purpose under mental health act 1987 i.e,for operating account and filing pensionery benefit as the patient was in comma.
I wish to know that now if i need to get the full fledged authority for doing everything on her behalf what will be the best course of action for having it.
Please guide me on this issue.
