Hi agn,
Can someone please tell me if the rules and orders under Code of Civil Procedure applicable to a consumer rights case?
I want the court to send the notice by email under Order 5 Rule 9 of CPC. Can I request them to do so? or is there something that a case under Consumer Protection Act (at the District Forum level) have their own set of rules.
Also can someone suggest where I could get a template for paper publication?
