arrest

suppose a person is a witness in one case & he also has a warrent  over him in another case. if he cames at the court premises as a witnes in first case could police arrest him with reference to second case ,,at court premises?

yes police can arrest him, if he is standing inside the court room then it has to be with the permission of the presiding judge.

 

and if found outside then certainly the ordinary course to follow.

Police can definatly arrest him
