opposition party avoiding Recording of evidence in a civil recovery case since 3 dates with silly reasons to just extend time.
is there any remedy to close stage of evidence recording?
Because opposite party fighting on false basis and don't want to fulfill agreement conditions and don't want to return deal money.
pl advice, so that one can ask lawyer to take further action to close stage.
