I have a flat purchased in 2010 and building is constructed in the year 1960.
In our agreement balcony is not include but actually we are having balcony area additionally and we are pay to BMC Property tax along with balcony ( Flat Area 300+ 30 Balcony ).
Now our building is going redevelopment and proposed builder is not ready to consider balcony area as base area.
I wanted to know the correct law. In our society 72 flats are there. Please help me
