bankers restrictions

friends,

whether the officers or other employees of nationalised banks become the members of voluntary organisations like rotary club, bharat scouts and guides etc?

which enactment deals with this concept??

Yes, they can be members but subject to restrictions. Each bank has its own set of service rules, since the query is general it is difficult to state under the provisions of which rule they can join such service organizations.

 Vishal is correct but I would like add a little more that  as per the sevice conditions of all the govt empyees, public secotr and company employees have to obtain prior permission from the copetant authority.
