CC188- 2019 AP Highcourt.
My lawyer is absconding after taking money from me. He blackmailed me that he will log in a rape case on me if I ask him money.
He is in Hyderabad. He is not picking up my phone call. Asking me more money. He is also asking me to give bribes to Hyderabad police who spoiled my career.
Can I log a bar council complaint on him in AP highcourt jurisdiction? Because this is where the case is logged.
Is there any other procedure?
The problem is, I'm working in Bangalore currently. I can't travel to Hyderabad . After logging a complaint on him in AP, do I have to stay in AP until this is sorted out or can I comeback to Bangalore to work.
I'm a native from AP.
