Is claim by a manpower supplier company for bonus @ 8.33% against a Govt. retired re-employed employee in a govt. organisation valid as per bonus act?

I disagree, if a person is in the employment, he is enritled for bonus under PBA, Act does not debarrs any person from bonus if he is engagaed after reitrement or otherwise.

I am also interested in knowing that whether one retired employee is entitled for bonus or not, if yes kindly provide me clause no. of PBA.

As far as I know, the bonus act does not differentiate between the basis of employment of an employee. Is it material whether the employee is re-employed or not? What is material is that he is an employee.

Secondly, what is the salary bar for payment of bonus?
