I gave money of 3,73,000 from my credit card to one person and he used it in some online thing and fraud happened to him. he said he will give me my money but it has been more than 1.5 months and no money received, just saying will give.
what I can do to recover my money as it's a huge amount. I gave him time till end of December and asked to fill the cheque.
I have the cheque of his bank account.
if he unable to give the money till then , then what I can do to recover my money??
Since you have already given him time till December this year and also have obtained a post dated cheque hence you may wait until the date of cheque and if he is not returning the amount on that date, you can present the cheque get it bounced and then initiate cheque bounce action against him as per law.
