Builder filed fake building permission copy in court

Dear experts,

             One builder is proceeding with unauthorized building construction without showing GHMC building permission copy,so i filed a case in district court,then the builder submitted fake GHMC building permission copy in the court inorder to continue his building construction and to avoid injunction order from court. Now what action the Hon'ble court will take on this builder ?
