Hello....my father is a businessman and took credit of rs 15 lakh from market and right now he's not in a estate to pay off his liabilities and creditors making pressure....what to do??

1. Be Upfront about your financial condition and make them understand the reasons for the non-payment of money. Don't make excuses or lie instead be honest because your father will need to maintain his credibility in the market so that people trust him in matters of money. 

2. Do not make false excuses to get more time instead being open about your condition can help your father like for example explaining to the creditors that due to covid lockdown doing business was not possible or any other true reasons behind not being able to arrange 15 lakhs. 

3. Try to negotiate the money by letting them know and assure them that your father is willing to pay money. If paying 15 lakhs lump sum at once is not possible within the time stipulated then your father can negotiate that in exchange for a debt your father can provide anything equal to 15 lakhs like for example: electronic goods or any plot or any services relating to business. 

4. Even for the time being if you are unable to pay the whole amount or part payment of the amount maybe you can provide them interest on that money.
