Can a accused person gets appointment of JUDGE

Hi All,

Can a accused person (under 498A and 3 and of 4 DP ACT) gets appointment of a Judge ? Because of any reason if a accused person wants to submit his evidences and his proofs directly to the Judge (not with in the court), is it possible ?

Thanks,
Masthan

well practically it is not possible.

whatever evidence you have to submit it to court, as in no way you can defeat opposite parties right to objecton on evidence.,

ACCUSED IS NOT AN OFFENDER UNTIL HE WAS PROVED
