Can dod amended to remove builders rights in apart. after oc

Dear Sir, We tried to form registered society but it turned out to be lot trouble-some. Also we lost 2 years because of delaying tactics from builder. We were told that to cancel DOD and form registered society will take another 6 months. Our corpus fund was with builder earning no interest on it. So we were forced to continue on DOD. Builder said, there is nothing wrong in continuing with DOD where our apartment association is named as Condominium. Now our question is, is it possible to amend this DOD, to transfer the right to us (Apartment Owners) and take out Builders name from it? We fear that increased FSI will be used by him without our knowledge....so how to protect this? Please guide us. Thank a lot. Best regards, Apartment Owner
