If a proffessional like a Lawyer, doctor etc. is residing in the property and also carring out his proffessional activities , it is not objectionable but leasing residential property exclusively for carring out proffessional activity without using the same for residence will be illegal and can not be allowed.

Dear Mr. Bhardwaz,

firstly please check up whether your area falls under the mixed used zone or not. f yes, you can lease out either 25% of the building or one floor of the building for professional uses as per the master plan 2021 of Delhi.
