My ex-wife got interim maintenance order u/s.125 crpc in divorce case (OP case) during case process. meanwhile she had applied for final maintenance u/s.125 crpc (MC). The final maintenance also ordered. I had paid interim maintenance amount during the case process. Now should I have to pay final maintenance amount from the begining or interim amount could be deducted from the final maintenance amount. Pl adivce me in this regards. Now she had filed MP and asking to pay final maintenance arrears without deducting interim amount.
My query is what law regarding 125 crpc for both interim maintenance in divorce case and final maintenance in MC case.
pl suggest me.
