Car parking in chs

kindly reply to the following query in a scenario where a member of CHS ( CHS is duly registered- but conveyance of soc is pending ) is desiring to have a stilt or a covered parking space, made an application to the Secretary of the society giving necessary details. The procedure for disposal of applications still pending as he is been replied there is no car parking space available for his vehicle in the building in which he has a flat as those car parking is already being alloted to flat holders of neighbour building and they are using it past 20yrs...as all those building's are sharing common proportionate area... and he is agrrieved by this where should he claim his right of car parking dy. registrar of co-op soc office or civil court or consumer court who is the competant authority ...?

1. The sharing of the parking space below your falt is being used by resident of adjoining flat and such flats have the same CHS then you file a civil suit aaginst the CHS as to restrain them to permit use of parking space below your flat by the neighbouring flat owners. Check your sale deed dcoument. Parkig space is a mandate given by town development palnners.
