Case transfer

1-after chargesheet submit, how long it take to get a summon?

2- for fake 498a case, inchargesheet, police said that no witness found, medical certificate has no sign. + a fake witness presented who is driver saying he laywer driver girl side. do you feel that this case can be squashed?

3-Due to wife's brother working in court,he might influence a fake 498case, is it possible to transfer the case any other location ? As brother has good conatct with district judge as other lawyer suggests.

4-Due to fake 498 case, dont know how long it will take if he converts to muslim and marry another lady.. as first lady just wants to trouble harash him.? Is any legal case can arise like adultary etc against husband.?

After file charge sheet normally court issue summon next hearing date !

Yes; transfer of case on this ground is possible.go high court.

1. If chargesheet has it's delay then Wait for (FR) from police jurisdiction,meanwhile convince them to make it favorable against you.

2. 498a is quashed only when two parties went for amicable settlement or when the respondent have undoubful proofs and evidences to quash it.

3. Never marry second one before divorcing first one or don't indulge in such thought's like changing religion as it will not solve your problem,you will be legaly entangled.It's better to live in liv-in relationship with unmarried girl with her trust.

4- not a good step ! batter get a direction from high court to decided case in specific period!

we are doubtful.. as they have contact with district judge.. they might effect the HC judges also,,

we are true.. all false cases... are you sure that they will not the influence case. even after transfer.

police has not taken call detail with location, otherwise we had evidence also that we were not at said location.

how to get call detail with location?

Dear Author,

Your Brother's BIL can bribe at Lower court but above this all Dad's are sitting of your BIL who will not accept such bribes, In india the most corrupt judiciary is at Base level but once you move ahead you will get filtered by all odd's.

So,don't worry,You fight your case on merit. Tumhare BIL ka Aukat Nai hai ki Wo HC and SC ko khareed sake........

you are right even i was feeling in the same way...but some lawyers are doubtful..they confuse us..

as your name as sufferer.. you are not an expert.. it means you have also in some case.. can you update about your case..status..
