i am an mba student of 24.i want 2 change my name from sipra singh to shipra singh.however all my relevant documents are in the name of sipra singh.could you please tell me the procedure for name change.is it a very tedious process and how much time will it take to change my name?

The standard procedure for change of name is to apply to the Executive Magistrate of the City in the form of an affidavit requesting change of name.
After that publish the information regarding change in your name in 2 major newspapers.
The name of a person is changed after publication of the same in the State Gazette.
This is where I am stuck. I am unable to find the form which can be used to publish name change in Govt. Gazette. If any one knows where I can find the form for this it will be of a great help.

If anyone can help which form to download or provide any contact number of the press/distributor.
Fonts appear as corrupted on my PC.
