Cheque date

I have few doubts about cheque

Borrower needs 1 Lac Loan for 6 months and he is ready to give cheque in addition to promissory note.   Interest is 2% per month = 2000rs per month

1. what should be the cheque date?  today date or add 6 months = 13-Dec-17

2.  can the cheque amount be principal + interest?   ie Rs. 1,12,000/-
