Sir my father has given his self acquired property has family settlement for my brother & to me before 1.5 years ago two different property's. My father has two sons & two daughters. Now daughters came and fight with my father they also want share from the fathers self acquired property .My brother has given is half the share to 1 sister through settlement. my father came to me and asked me to give half the property to another sister i told that i wiil give share to my another sister.which was written for me has the family settlement with out any condition. I also transfer patta in my name also. Till now my father is only receiving rents from tenants & also made rental agreements after property transferred in name also. Daily my father tourchering me to write my property to another sister otherwise i will file civil suit on you that this settlement is not valued. you got settlement from me in fraud manner he is also getting family pension 45000 monthly..This 2 property is made settlemnt in single document. Kindly give solution form this problem.
