clarification

When the prayer in the writ Petiion has been allowed, what is the time limit for the respondents to implement the prayer allowed. What is the time limit to file an execution petition to implement the prayer allowed.

Usually the writ court fixes a time limit say for example 3 weeks or 4 weeks for the respondent to implement the order.  But if there is no time fixed in the order, a reasonable period of 3 months may be taken as a waiting period and on failure fo the respondent to implement the order even after the said time limit appropriate proceedings for execution may be taken by the petitioner.
