After a long time you are coming on the screen. Happy Holi to you prof. A good question but the implications are still not following. Please explain. Law is a subject to all the universe. It is the existance of mankind. So why we are limiting our Prof in the medico legal aspects only Dr. Let him enlighten the new dimensions of law in his accademical line of thinking which we the lawyers have not used with.

views of a lawyer who has thorough experience in medical practice will be more useful for us on medico-legal problems. may i admit that i am poor in this regard.

actully points of discussion ---a gaurrentor is definitely a joint promisse if he is not explained the risk he may be cheated .in this circumstances all contract forms must have few lines in the form---to alert the gaurrentor.2)is it ethically correct to make a conditional gift of property to own children?
