My sister did her Btech from a private engineering college in Bhubaneswar. The college did some mistake in providing some information to the university for her 7th semester papers. this delayed her result. Even after her 8th semester result was out the , we did not get her 7th semester result. No one helped us on this..and my parents were very harassed..no one use to give proper response. Later when we went to student union, this got resolved and we got the result. But this has delayed in getting her Provisional certificate. She had missed few oppotunities as she did not have the provisional certficate. This is hampering her confidence and her attitude. Please advise as how could we file a case against this college for being so careless with student's career.
