Pray the forum for non bailable warrants.

In my understanding, the Consumer Forum is not vested with any any powers to issue bailable or non-bailable warrant.

Consumer forum has the power as I searched in other case.

The bailable order would have been given to the police for execution. Ask the police to report to the forum the action taken. It is my personal experience that crooks and fly by night operators do not respect Consumer Fora. What was the case? What was the service? Who were the service agency?
