For legal notice, you will require a lawyer. However, you also can send a letter mentioning the details of  the defective goods and ask for rpairs/replacement under warranty, including the perticulars of the bills  of purchase and specify furthher that if necessary replacement/repairs is not carried out, you will claim for the damages, losses, inluding for harassment, hardship and mental agony, arising out of the deficiency in serivce , costs etc in consumer court and give a time limit of 15 days to rectify. Send the letter by Currier and keep the proof of it ready, as it will be necessary while filing the complaint. All the best.

if you explain the details of the transaction and your grievance,we could help you with a draft, eventhough in consumer court there are no format for anything.
