Correction in sale deed certificate

I just purchased a flat and sales deed is done. Everything is OK in documents but on the certificate of stamp duty the value is not correct (Higher than actual due to typing error) in figures and words.

should i apply for correction or can be done by the registrar office on simple application. Bank has kept the original documents after paying the loan cheque to builder. Pls advise

Certificate of Stamp duty?

How there could be typographical error in it?
