1. our neighbours illegal electricity connection was disconnected by electricity department.

2. After then few people visited our house and started giving threat, acccusing that they have been told by electricity department that we have made complaint to vidhyut vitaran department that they are stealing electricity .

Facts : we have not made any complaint against our neighbour about electricty stealing.

PS. How can informers name is revealed for informing the corruption which causes revenue loss to the government.

Now electricity departmetn falsely spreading that complaint was received to electricity department from us had risk our lives into danger.

the neighbour is sending goons to our house and giving deathe threat .

1. You can file a Police FIR, requesting investigation and charge-sheet, for various offences like Trespassing, Threatening, Cheating, Intimidation, Fraud, Breach of Trust, Mischief etc.... against "ALL" the mentioned persons, supported with all relevant supporting Documents, Evidences & Witnesses.

2.  IF the Police does not take action, THEN you can file private criminal case u/s 156(3) Cr.P.C., in the local Magistrates court, seeking directions to the Police to investigate and file charge sheet.
