Counter filed by both parties for Divorce and RCR, and the next hearing date is on september. So, what will happen on that date? Is it nesseary that parties be present at court on that date?

1. Adv. may submit draft issues and or pleadings on issues framing will happen with submission of witness list.
2. Both cases will go simultaneously whereby if husband filed divorce and wife filed rcr then wife's rcr cross will be taken as divorce cross and vice versa. Ld. members may correct me here.
Rgds.

Earlier counselling was cancelled due to the continuous absence of parties, but on last date, actually the date for counter filing, both were present and sent for counselling after counter filing. But counselling failed and counsellor told me that the case will be called in court next date. Judge not explicitely asked for my presence next date. So what will take place on next date? Is my presence must?
