Dear sir,

While so, Defendant filed writ if mandumus. High court passed status quo order. After passing order second item of suit property sold by 2 defendant. Now plaintiff can pay court fee for first item of suit property only for specific performance suit undertaking to pay court fee after judgement passed in favour of plaintiff in respect of second item of suit propertplease advise sir.

Thanks regards

How and why a Writ Petition in a private dispute?

The facts posted are disjointed and lack clarity.
