There was fraudulent online transaction on my stanndard chartered credit card on sept 25 around 10:50PM IST. The amount was GBP 1.10 followed by USD 2000.I immediately called up the bank and requested to cancel the transaction but bank denied my request and asked to wait for 48 to 72 hrs to get details about it and blocked card as well. I've filed an FIR very next day and investigation is in progress, Later i have signed up the discpute form from the bank and investigation just started from bank side. please let me know if any action is required from my end during the interim period ? Also do you think i have fair chances to get the resolution in my favor.
