Divorce case is going on with my wife.
She filed 107/116(#) without any reason. I contested the case through layer but inspite the witness being hostle and no evidence of hurt or injury, Executive magistrate hold me accused and holded me reponsible and asked me to file bail bond for 6 month for 5000/- security.
I want to file revision. pls suggest me in which court should i file stay & revision.
One of the lawyer is asking me file in session couty/ district magistrate court and other is telling me to directly file in high court.
Pls advise which court to approach along with the timeline within which i have to file revision bcoz i had not done anything wrong and it is a false case filed by my wife and inlaws and executive magistrate might have give decision bcoz a female has file a case and without looking into evidences,
