Can you give the details of the offence and under which sections trial is undergoing?

Manuji since the trial has reached 313 stage sessions judge may not grant bail as the trial is nearing completion and the judge would be able to take a final decision of acquital or conviction.

as the trial is at 313 stage it means if the accused shall not adduce evidence, then the case will be fixed for argument on the next date and thereafter the judgement shall be pronounced. so wait till the judgement is pronounced.
