We are members of Todi Buildings Welfare Association and have filed a Contempt Petion against BMC for not acting on earlier high court order and granting us permission to undertake repairs to buildings which urgently required.
We are shocked that the contempt petition is still pending as if Judges are hand in glow with land mafia and the corrupt BMC officers.
We therefore wish to know if we can file a criminal case against BMC and the landlords ? And if it is so do we need any permission from govt. and under what section ?
