DEAR SIR/MADAM,
I WITH MY BROTHER ARE JOINT OWNER OF PROPERTY IN BANGALORE HAVING 3 FLOORS WITH PARKING SPACE AT BASEMENT.THE HOUSE WAS CONSTRUCTED BASED ON THE LAND WHICH CAME ON OUR NAMES BY WAY OF RELEASE DEED ,BY MY FATHERS AND TWO BROTHERS AND ONE SISTER. NOW ONE OF BROTHER IS ASKING FOR SHARE. HE IS HAPPY WITH ONE OF FLOORS. AS THE HOUSE WAS CONSTRUCTED BY AVAILING HOUSING LOAN, WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO GIVE ONE OF THE FLOOR TO THE BROTHER WHO IS ALSO READY TO SHARE THE LOAN BURDEN.
