Delay tactics

Hello Experts

Plaintiffs filled a Civil case against property in city civil court. However from the day they filled case until now they are asking for settlement/ compromise. There intension is to grab some share in property. some or other way they are do same thing and not attending court proceedings properly and asking long dates. How we can make proceedings speed up with court.

we definitely denying all offers and they are tolly fedup.

could you please guide us accordingly.

Amicable settlement is one of the best options to close the dispute. 

However, if you are reluctant to settle and drag the defendant(s) you may not scumb to pressure and agree for settlement, no one can force.

You didn't approach the court neither you require any relief.

Hence you can remain a silent spectator and watch the developments, if they inordinately delay without any valid reason, the court may dismiss their case.
