I have one property of self acquired thru State bank of India Home Loan. My wife is also an applicant in that property. In view of few inadvertant issues, my wife has given me power of attorney as well as indemnification bond in my favour for deletion of co-allottee. For this property all of us (Property society management and SBI and both of us) has signed a tripartite agreement and which Property society has sought approval of bank. Since SBI do not have such rules, hence the matter is still pending to process further. Moreover, my salary has full strength to bear this loan as well as repayment is also being done thru my account only.
Please advise how to delete the name of co-allotte by taking all other two partners involvement. I have to take further extension of loan also which is also pending due to this matter.
