The DNA Profiling Act is still not yet passed by the Parliament. It is still with Dept of Biotechnology and yet to be presented. Further collection of DNA from persons not connected for DNA testing is a strict 'NO'. It is just like collecting your personal data and placing it with a Government agency. How will you like if some Government agency collects your personal matrimonial data and puts in their records. You definetly won't like it. Similarly your DNA has all the information about you and your health risk factors. Therefore I am strictly against the collection of DNA data from all persons.
