Employer not Paying Salary & violating other Laws

So ive been working in a Delhi Based IT Startup from 8 months & due to terrible work environment and serious issues i quite my job. Now my employer is denying to pay my 3 months worth of salary nd release other letters. I want to sue my company for that but before that i wanna know it that wil be ok or not.

Here are the things you should consider :

1.) its a delhi based company where min. salary is 14k while my comoany is paying 8k + 1k in company account as fake pf

2.) Working hours going 10 hour+ with no extra pay

3.) they asked me to sign a 1 year contract which stops me to even study nything. the contract is fake as there were no legal documents attached to that

4.) thanks to the company i started to get serious depression, thats y i had to quit.

5.) first month salary as well as 1k every month in company bank ac.

Can i sue my company for :

1.) fake contract.
2.) min salary act
3.) non payment of 3 mnth salary md document holding..?
