i got enagaged 3 months back.

it is not a waise decision to call off wedding at such stage as the society sees the breaking of enagagement as a fault in the girl. The decision of engagement should be made only when you are 100% sure about it as it is not a game.

Secondly your thinking about her affair - it may not be true and you may be wrong in assuming the affair. 

Thirdly you have crossed limits while going physical like getting nude and trying to get physical that a girl would have done assuming that you are her future husband and since now you are backing out they may be forced to take some action against you and your family as the breaking of engagement would bring disgrace to their family reputation and they might file a FIR in police station against you and your family so when you take such decisions you should be prepared for some legal hussle.

Some people dont react and dont take any action but some get offended and want to punish.

Also the story about the girls affair is just your side of the story.
