Error in roznama

In mutual consent divorce, wife was present for first motion only. She didnt appear for 4 hearings. On 5th hearing, husband, wife and lawyer was not persent and petition is dismissed by the court. When certified copies are taken, one thing came to notice, though wife was not present from the begining. Clerk showed on Roznama that she (Applicant No 1) was present. ANd judge signed it. How can rectify this mistake of Clerk. What will be the process?

The matters may be brought to to the notice of the Court.

Once the case has been dismissed what difference it makes whether the wife attended the court on the first date or not, because it is a known fact that without both appearing before the court for first motion the case will not be taken into file.
