It is the main clause of rent agreement that tenant should not do any illegal activity in the rented premises.

You can evict him with out any delay.

Will u appreciate this answer by giving like on my LCI proifle?

IN Normal residential homes colonies  such illegal and immoral  activities  would usurp and disturb peace of mind of the resdents and a nuisance. So Your MIL lost her good will. You can evict her any moment by serving  an eviction notice. If going to the extremes you can  throw her lock.stock and barrel. If you appreciate this answer please give me a like on my profile.

The tenant can be evicted for any unlawful or illegal activity, and it should be given by giving proper notice to tenant.  There are instances wherein police has roped the land lord/ owner also as accomplice when tenant was resorting to illegal activities.

Yes you can get evicted your house by giving her a short period notice , doing illegal activities violates the condition of agreement and for that you can legally evict your house from her .
