Defendent tenant has been running shop and paying rent, later to Rent Controller.No rental agreement. Hearing going on at Rent Control.
Now as per Court notice, it reveals ..by deed of conveyance, plaintiff has purchased from official liquidator , Calcutta High Coury, being Liquidator of said property [ as the previous land owner reportedly sold out property to plaintiff] and caused its name mutated with Municipality plus in records of right and paying taxes.
But defendent is in dark about appointmentvof liquidator etc.
Is there any remedy available? Can Legal battle continue parallel at Rent Control?
