I had filed a consumer court case for defective machine supplied by a manufaturer.
He never appeared for the case , nor did he formally acknowledged receiving any notices or copy of complaint.
Case has been decided in my favour and compensation allowed to me.
What should be the next step? How to get my money from the manufacturer?
