Aprroach to High court under Sec 482 Cr.p.C. or file a writ.

(Guest)

1. file Criminal Misc. Application in the High Court under section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR.

2. Move Anticipatory Bail Under section 438 Cr.P.C. before Sessions Court.

3. Move application before senior police officials (S.P., I.G. etc) for fair investigation.

First you have to seek bail and if you can contradice the evidence than you can file application in lower court for discharge.  BUT YOU MUST HAVE EVIDENCE.

If you have any ground, you can move to High Court to quash the F.I.R. and in those proceedings, your arrest may be stayed by High Court.

You can also go for anticipatory bail. You have not stated the place of lodging F.I.R. The provisions of section 438 Cr.P.C. for anticipatory bail are not applicable in some states like U.P.
