Complainant filed affidavit along with wrong address while filing the complaint in year 2010 address. Again the eveidance carries the same old address which the applicant gave at the time of complaint. The applicant never resided at the said address since Sept. 2009, will that not amount to a fake affidavit and be chellangable under Sec 340 Cr PC with a request for FIR against the complainant. Pls advise

1( You have other simple actions for such lapse.
2) Section 340 is most misunderstood and those who venture to give advice have never handled such actions. Copy book actions do not work in actual court cases..
