False will case

Hi all, I am fighting a Will case against my brother. The issue is that my father had bank accounts about which i don't have any information. I suspect my brother has taken all money from accounts and is also using his lockers. How can i get this information. Can I file RTI...?? If yes then which department..........Thanks
