Sir- The property procured in 94 has an attachment by the family court for payment of maintenance in 91 which was not disclosed by the seller. The buyer has brought the property and the same has been registered. The court subsequently ordered a maintenance fee from us (buyer) the interest of Rs.200 be paid monthly.
What would be the relief availiable to the buyer in this case of the attached property?
