Family court failed to dispose petition u/s127 crpc,12months

Dear All,

Family Court failed to dispose petition U/s 127 of CrPC since more than 12 months to cancel the interim order in the case filed U/s 125 of CrPC.

What is the remedy available to the husband..... can husband go to court with revision petition?

If husband can approach revision does any certified copies are required in High Court?

1. Family Court matters are dealt before Division Bench at State’s HC.

2. Filing True Typed English language Copy of the Order in lieu of True Certified Copy with affidavit and an Application of applied for True Certified Copy are enough to proceed to admission hearing of the matters on merit.
