Family house

We are 3 brothers and mother living in fathers house who has expeired. After father the house was tranfered to mother with our concent. I am living in my part of house with wife and children as per mutual concent among all us but not written. one brother is manipulating mother for selling the house and distribute the money. Another brother manipulating motherto demolish and distribute land. I am not in favour of both as i have put lot of money in renovation and reconstruction and do not have more finacial capacity. If mother gets carried away with my two brothers suggestions and secretly writes will in favour of selling or demolishing. How can i stop selling or demolish. ?

Sir after father's expiry there was a camp in colony for government PATTA .Mother approached us to do Haq tayag (waiver if rights) in her favour so that see can take the patta in her name. She promised that afterwards things will be restored as per fathers will vide family settlement . But 18 years have passed she has not restored and now also saying that Father's WILL was not registered hence has no value and now instead of family settlement she will write a WILL. which she will not disclose to me and i am worried as my brothers are manipulating her.

If she writes for sale or demolish as per my brothers. Can my brothers succeed in their plans. If yes what steps should i take to stop them
