I am serving in Indian Army, and my wife is working in Canada. We are living apart since one year.
Is there any law or way that allows me to immediately get discharge from Army and join my wife, as we both are felling into depression living apart.

Military laws are seperately existed in our country. Bring your grievance to your superiors. They will consider your grievances in humanity grounds. Since there is no war at present.

They don't care for it, military laws are strict , see any relief is their and then proceed.
